On September 2, 2023, an association day was held at DGI Byen in Copenhagen. It was a great success for our club. We handed out Japanese sweets (thanks to Olivia) and distributed flyers to the many interested visitors, both adults and children. Various karate techniques and katas were demonstrated, after which the visitors had the opportunity to try striking and kicking on training pads. We had many enjoyable conversations with people, not only from Copenhagen but from all over Denmark. We hope we managed to spark some interest in karate, and we look forward to welcoming them to our club soon.
